HOW TO DO 3D
Well this is something many of my friends asked me to do. It`s some kinds of an tutorial... but well, not really. More a step by step overview how 3D applications normally work. Many of you are interested in 3D... but have no idea how it`s done... So i try do show you how it works  . I've done some short an simple videos to give you an idea of how 3D applications work.Basically there are some steps which are always the same: -placing a basic object -changing it into the shape you want to have -giving the object “textures” or a “material”. That means the colour, transparency, reflection, ect. -light up your scene to get a realistic or “whatever” lightning of your scene. -let the computer “render” the image. That means the computer transforms the 3D-environment into a image or a video Of course these are really the basic steps. This deviation shows how to do 3D in a very simple way. Everything you see is the editor-preview. You can`t see all the tools, animation-timeline, etc. That's not they idea of it. Its for the ones of you which have no idea about 3D and want to know a bit “how its done”. Have fun! IMPORTANT INFOS FOR WATCHING: The movies unfortunately play only one time, then they stand still. So to watch them again from the beginning, simple press F5 on your keyboard. The best is you press F5 on every of the 7 movies... so watch first clip, scroll to next, press F5 and watch, scroll to next, press F5 and watch... and so on and so on... Download time: depending on your download-speed you may have to wait a bit until all videos are loaded and play. |

Well, its done in Cinema4D... the software a used to capture the movies in a freeware tool called "camStudio". Then i used flash 8 to turn the AVIs into flash-video and published them on a differend server. the flash-file here on DA has some link to the movies on the different server... so thats how it works.
